Childhome delivers all ordered products at the same time. Deliveries are not split over different days. You will only be delivered when all products in your order are in stock.

  • The delivery period only starts from the moment your order is handed over to the carrier.
  • You will receive an email from GLS or DPD with the tracking information.

Estimated delivery times of products given at the time of placing an order are only estimates and are not always the same as the actual delivery times. Due to circumstances, it is possible that your delivery may be delayed. However, we do everything to ensure that your delivery takes place as quickly as possible.

You placed an order on this website and you received a defective item.

You have only discovered the defect after delivery (when opening the package and / or putting it together).

  • You send an email to
  • In the subject of your e-mail, state the order number and the item concerned
  • You describe the defect and add some photos as proof.
  • We look for the appropriate solution:
    • - For example, you will receive a free return label to return the defective item, after which you will receive a new item (under warranty).
    • - Or you keep the defective item and receive a new item (under warranty).
    • - Or you will receive free spare parts to remedy the defect.
    • - As soon as we have found the appropriate solution, we will inform you about it.

If the defect is due to the carrier (transport damage), please send us photos of the packaging as quickly as possible (showing clearly how it was damaged). In the case of a defect due to transport, please refer to our "warranty" page, where you will find more information.

  • State the order number in the subject of your e-mail
  • You provide us with the item number of the item that was delivered incorrectly, as well as a photo
  • We will provide you with a free return label, which you can use to return the item to us.
  • You return the item in its original condition.
  • We will deliver the correct item to you in the meantime (provided that the item is in stock).
